I filed for divorce and she has been served, can i get a legal separation instead?

I am assuming it is not to late. Lawyer is closed due to the weekend. thanks i think i would like to see if this time my wife can get help and become herself again being apart with guiding rules from the legal separation. If she fails to reform then a divorce will insue.

2. No, it's not too late. But I think you are in a panic over the service of divorce papers to your wife. Stay cool. Divorce takes its own sweet time. You don't need to talk to your lawyer immediately. See what your wife does. You've got plenty of time.
3. it isn't too late. you can file for a legal separation or you can postpone the divorce
4. make up your damn mind, justice is not there so you can play with it as you wish. If you don't know how to talk to your wife, please don't come here and waist everybody's time. it might be a week end but you can still go to the lawyer office and sleepover there until he comes monday morning. Gee
