Is having sex with your spouse during a divorce grounds for dismissal?

We still want to be together..we just don't know what to do...he's scared of what his family will say if we get back together..

1. No, it's not. If you two want to be together, why did you file for divorce? And if you don't want a divorce, don't get one. A man is supposed to leave his mother and cling to his wife. Your STBX needs to grow a backbone. But this is a good test. He can stay spineless and lose the wife he wants to keep. Or he can be a man and get his priorities straight and do the right thing.
