what are the legal grounds for divorce when both parties are not sleeping with each other?

what can i do to end this husb and i are not legally separated live in same apt he sleeps on sofa this has been going on for five years he wanted to get divorce but will not follow through. i would like to get divorce.since he sleeps on sofa and leaves every weekend are those grounds fordivorce ny,ny
